Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, tech-savvy professional to serve as administrative and operational support for Vanderwaal Bakery. This versatile role combines administrative excellence with hands-on business support, making it perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, growing environment. You'll work directly with ownership/management while interfacing with our entire team - from production bakers to customers to delivery drivers. This position offers significant personal/professional growth potential for the right candidate who demonstrates adaptability, initiative, and commitment to our mission of serving exceptional, wholesome food.

Typical Responsibilities Include
- Customer phone and email correspondence
- Document creation and database maintenance
- Order processing and delivery coordination
- Team communication and information distribution
- Administrative project management
- Maintain the HR process like job descriptions and prescreen interviews
- Executive support and special projects
- Office management duties including: supply ordering, paperwork organization

1. Effective Supply Chain Management

 Qualifications
- Posses Team-Player Character: Humble, Hungry, and People Smart
- Previous administrative or executive assistant experience
- Customer service background
- Demonstrated ability to learn new software and technology quickly
- Light bookkeeping knowledge is a plus
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly wage based on experience and skills (starts at $16 - $18/hour) DOE with opportunity for raises based on performance.
