Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, tech-savvy professional to serve as operational support for Vanderwaal Bakery. You'll work directly with ownership/management while interfacing with our entire team - from production bakers to customers to delivery drivers. 1. Technology Management and Digital Excellence
What Success Looks Like:
- Demonstrate proficiency in Word, Excel, and other essential business software
- Quickly learn and adapt to new technology platforms and business tools
- Create and maintain digital documents, forms, and business systems

- Craft professional, clear written communications via email and other platforms
- Serve as liaison between management, production team, customers, and delivery drivers
- Listen carefully, ask clarifying questions, and execute instructions accurately
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and maintain positive relationships

- Zero communication errors that result in operational problems
