Position Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic, entry-level team member who embodies work excellence and is eager to learn all aspects of our bakery operations. This versatile support role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves to serve others, and wants to grow with our mission-driven team. You'll be the backbone that keeps our production flowing smoothly while developing valuable skills. This position is full-time, schedule will be 5 days/week between Mon-Sat. Pay starts at $15/hour and early mornings are required.
Successful Candidate Qualities & Skills:
1. Operational Support and Flexibility
- Seamlessly transition between cleaning, dishwashing, packaging, and baker support tasks
- Maintain organized, efficient work stations that support smooth operations and abide food safety standards
- Support bakers with ingredient prep, equipment setup, and production assistance
- Keep pace with changing priorities and production demands throughout the day
- Pay close attention to packaging quality and order accuracy
2. Learning Agility and Skill Development
- Actively learn all phases of production and order fulfillment processes

Required Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and desire to learn and grow
- Ability to follow directions promptly and accurately
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks
- Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing priorities and tasks
- Commitment to cleanliness, food safety, and attention to detail
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday as scheduled and varied hours (some days may be longer than others).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, cleaning, or customer service
- Demonstrated ability to work well in team environments
- Interest in learning about baking and food production
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Desire to learn
