Key Result Areas (KRAs)
1. Operational Support and Flexibility
What Success Looks Like:
- Seamlessly transition between cleaning, dishwashing, packaging, and baker support tasks
- Anticipate needs and proactively jump in where help is most needed
- Maintain all work areas in pristine condition according to food safety standards
- Support bakers with ingredient prep, equipment setup, and production assistance
- Keep pace with changing priorities and production demands throughout the day
2. Learning Agility and Skill Development

- Actively learn all phases of production and order fulfillment processes
- Ask thoughtful questions and apply feedback immediately

Required Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and desire to learn and grow
- Ability to follow directions promptly and accurately
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks
- Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing priorities and tasks
- Commitment to cleanliness, food safety, and attention to detail
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, cleaning, or customer service
- Demonstrated ability to work well in team environments
- Interest in learning about baking and food production
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Desire to learn
- Ability work varied hours - some days are longer than others
