Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Production Baker who values excellence and shares our passion for creating real foods that improve people's well-being. This team member will need to be willing to work early mornings and be responsible for consistent, high-quality production while maintaining our standards of excellence, teamwork, and purposeful service in our sourdough bakery.
We are looking for a person who loves working in kitchen and making exceptional food and who wants to grow with our business. A positive, team-oriented attitude and adaptability are two key traits for this postion. Some kitchen experience is preferred, but we are also willing to train and support the growth of the right candidate.

1. Production Excellence and Quality Control
What Success Looks Like:
- Consistently follow recipes and production procedures to ensure premium product quality
- Meet daily production targets with efficient productivity and attention to detail
- Maintain food safety standards and cleanliness in all work areas
- Demonstrate mastery of production techniques and preparation methods
- Take ownership of your production area and results
2. Team Leadership and Collaboration

- Assist team members across all phases of production and order fulfillment

3. Reliability and Professional Standards
What Success Looks Like:
- Arrive early and ready to work for all scheduled shifts (Monday-Saturday availability)
- Maintain high personal hygiene and professional appearance standards
- Follow all company policies regarding attendance, time-off requests, and confidentiality
- Communicate proactively about scheduling needs and potential conflicts
- Demonstrate trustworthy character in all interactions

Required Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday as needed
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Commitment to food safety and cleanliness standards
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous baking or food production experience
- Ability to work flexible hours (some days are longer than others)
- Desire to learn
- Willingness to work in varied areas of the whole order fulfillment process
- Drive to see the job completed with excellence and attention to detail.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive hourly wage based on experience
- Bi-monthly pay schedule (15th and 30th)
