Pure Walnut Syrup is very rare and difficult to make. Our syrup is made from sap tapped from our walnut trees around the farm. It is labor-intensive but we love tapping trees, collecting the sap and boiling the sap down over the fire. The taste is truly amazing and unique. It has a much richer, complex sweeter flavor than maple syrup. This year the flavor is much stronger similar to black licorice and black strap molasses. Try it over pancakes, in coffee/tea or in anything you can imagine.
