These sourdough cinnamon rolls are huge and so yummy. We use active starter in the dough that keeps these cinnamon rolls fairly moist while preserving them for quite awhile. Even if they sit on the counter for a week and start to dry out a little, simply warm them up and they will be better than ever.
We use a non GMO flour in our cinnamon rolls, use real butter and put plenty of real cinnamon and brown sugar in the roll. It is topped with a nice frosting layer.
